The Instrapac Podiatry Emery Board is a single-use cardboard file designed to assist in the removal of hardened and callused skin from the foot and for filing toenails. Each board is double sided with a dual abrasive surface specification of 240/150 grit, allowing coarse reduction on one side and finer smoothing on the other.

Measuring 18cm in length, the board offers a comfortable working size for use across the heel, sole, and nail edge. As a single-use item, it eliminates the need for reprocessing between patients, supporting clinic infection control protocols and providing a low-cost alternative to reusable stainless steel foot dressers.
